General Questions & Answers:


Question 1:

Q:  We want to buy Diamond Tools from your company, how can I know the quality?

A:  Try to make a trial, and then you will know clearly.

Nowadays, More and more customers around the world like to use Chinese products 

though the quality is not the best while the price is very competitive. 

ET is one professional manufacturer in diamond cutting and grinding field for over 15 years. 

ET would like to inform in your country who is using ET's products and what the using result is. 

If not available we think a small amount trial order for testing is necessary.

Question 2:

Q:Do you supply the customers with OEM service?

A: We can accept the OEM order,but the order quantity should big enough. 

Question 3:

Q:  Can you offer FREE Samples?

A:  ET never offer free samples, this is very high value products. There are not companies would like to offer free samples,

 if you want to try the products please buy. According to ET's experiences, the customers will cherish what they got if paying by money. 

The quantity of samples is small, but the cost is higher than mass production.


Question 4:

Q:  What about the minimum quantity?

A:  Any quantity order is available. For testing samples ,ET don't mind how many you buy.

Question 5:

Q:  How does the customers send the Inquires?

A: In order to offer customers the right price with right quality tools,here we strongly request customers should sending us the tools details,as it sending inquiries:

● Tools Size,like,out diameter,inner hole,length,width,thickness etc.

●Tools working materials,like granite,marble,concrete,limestone etc.

●Tools drawing,if the tools are complicated;

●Any special demand,pls write it clearly;


Question 6:

Q:  What we should do if your products can not run well?

A:  Firstly, please check your installation, the working machines, and the working conditions, whether all these are in a normal situation.

Secondly, please check out whether the operation is in the right way. If it is still not working, 

the reason is mainly in the products. In this case, please find out the reason according to your experience and run it again.

If still can not solve the problem, please take is off from your machine, and then give us detailed report. Our technician team will analyze the reason and to find out the solve way for you.

If  it's ET 's problem and not possible to solve then ,ET gives replacement.

Question 7:

Q:  What are your payment terms?

A:  Air Cargo or DHL , the payment should be 100% T/T before shipment, Also we can accept 35% deposit and balance before shipment for bulk order.

Question 8:

Q:  What about the delivery time after payment?

A:  It depends on the quantity of order.

       Usually within two week.

Special specification products by negotiation before order confirmation

Question 9:

Q:  How about the transportation?

A:  Urgent order with less weight or samples ,ET recommends courier service.

Normal (regular) order which weight over 45kgs ,ET recommends Air Cargo.

Big diameter saw blades or heavy weight ,ET recommends Sea Cargo.

Negotiation is too important before shipment.

Question 10:

Q:  How to know more about the freight cost?

A:  Calculate the total weight of your order.

    Choose a shipping way.

Check the current freight cost with shipping forwarder.
